专利说明:

536 636 danger to said pivot bearing device, as the car discs themselves usually form the protection for said pivot bearing.
The bill discs are usually arched and have in their central area a cupped arch, which on a front side curves out over the shaft end. As a result, the bearing devices are sometimes fixed components of said billboard, which may have welded bearing parts or bearing brackets. In practice, this leads to the bill disc being often replaced together with the bearings, even if only the bill disc itself is damaged.
In addition, such arched billboards are complicated to manufacture. During the design of the arched central area, said billboard can be deformed. If bearing parts are welded to the billboard, this method can cause a thermal deformation of the board itself but also of the bearing.
Car discs of the said type can be found, for example, in the publications WO 2010/138068, EP-1 256 269, EP-1 338 187 or WO 2006/110103.
The object of the present invention is to create an improved soil cultivating device of the kind mentioned in the introduction, which avoids the disadvantages of the prior art and advantageously further develops it. In particular, a stable billboard holder must be provided as precisely for the billboard, which enables a simple replacement of the billboard, without this being done at the cost of a costly manufacture.
According to the invention, this object is solved by a device for tillage in agriculture according to claim 1. Preferred embodiments of the invention are subject to the dependent claims.
It is thus proposed that said billet disc is substantially designed flat and with a central opening from which said shaft end protrudes and where it is clamped by means of a central clamping element. By suspension on the shaft end, the billet becomes radially supported and centered, respectively, so that said clamping elements essentially only have to catch and apply axial bearing forces, respectively. According to the invention, the central mounting portion of the billboard is flatly designed and provided with a recess which is slidable on the shaft end, a central clamping element being arranged on the shaft end for clamping the mounting portion on the shaft end. By means of the central clamping element, a rapid replacement of the billet disc is possible, since only one clamping element must be able to be loosened or tightened in order to be able to loosen and fasten the billet disc, respectively.
Due to the central locking, the complicated loosening or tightening of several screws can be avoided. Despite the use of a central clamping element, a stable radial but also axial attachment of the billboard can be achieved by pushing the central recess on the shaft end and the flat design of the central fastening portion.
In particular, in a further development of the invention, the entire body of the bill disc can be flat, whereby it is advantageous that also the mounting part of the bill disc lies in a plane with the annular portion of the bill disc which lies between its outer edge and the mounting portion. The car disc can in its entirety have the shape of a flat disc. In this way a simple manufacture can be achieved, since curved or curved sections in the center of the disc can be avoided in the design. At the same time, due to the flat disc design, the skew of the seed beetle can be significantly improved, whereby an efficient work of the scraper arranged on the beetle disc is considerably facilitated. Optionally, the bill plate at its outer edge may have an uneven contour, for example in the form of a raised grinding, a curved or a curved edge contour or another uneven design of the ground engaging part. Apart from this, the bill disc is preferably flat in shape.
In order to capture the radially acting forces on the disc, the bill disc is preferably provided with a form-fitting effective radial bearing. In the present case, this is not only clamped with force or friction, but also secured against radial displacement by forming engagement. The shaped radial bearing means intended for this purpose can generally have different designs, for instance an engagement radially positioned about the billet disc can be present between the billet disc and said clamping element, for instance designed in such a way that the billet disc has an annular groove or an annular projection which rests against an annular projection and a annular groove of the clamping element.
According to an advantageous further development of the invention, however, the bill disc is radially shaped-mounted on the shaft end. In particular, the continuous recess in the central mounting portion of the billboard and the outer mantle surface of the shaft end can form a pair of pass surfaces for storage, which radially support and store the billboard. Advantageously, said through-going recess is adapted in terms of shape and dimension to the outer contouring of the shaft end, so that the billet can be shaped and securely attached to the shaft end.
According to an advantageous further development of the invention, the shaft end may comprise a conical outer circumferential surface, the diameter of which towards the free end of the shaft end and is smaller than the diameter of said through hole of the billet, advantageously the diameter of said conical outer circumferential surface being equal to the non-free end of the shaft end. with or slightly larger than the diameter of the continuous disc of the billboard. In this way, the bill disc can be easily and relatively free of force threaded on the shaft end, and at the same time by further pushing on the shaft end it is fixed centered and radially. In particular, the diameter of the outer circumferential surface in the area of the location with the bearing for the billet disc can be dimensioned so that a slight press fit can be achieved between the shaft end and the through-hole of the billet disc. In the area of the free end of the shaft end, on the other hand, a movable fit is advantageous, in order to facilitate the occurrence of the bill disc on the shaft end.
The central clamping element can generally have a different design, for example in the form of a releasable clamping lever. Preferred, however, is a design of the clamping element in the form of a central nut which can be screwed on the shaft end or a screw bolt which can be screwed into the shaft end, the bolt head of which can be designed as a clamping sleeve or the like. However, in order to have sufficient space for the recess for the pivot bearing in the interior of the shaft end, the design of the clamping element as a central nut is helpful.
According to an advantageous further development of the invention, the shaft end on its outer circumferential surface may comprise a shoulder, the diameter of which is larger than the diameter of the through-hole of the billboard, advantageously the shaft end on its outer circumferential surface may comprise a threaded portion on which the central clamping element is screwable , in such a way that the clamping element is locked against said shoulder and that the bill disc is clampable in a gap between said shoulder and the clamping element. Advantageously, said threaded portion may be arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft end between said shoulder and the free end of the shaft end. In the area of the threaded portion, the shaft end may have a diameter which is smaller than the diameter of the through hole in the billet disc, so that the billet disc can be slid over the threaded portion without being damaged or engaging immediately.
Said shaft end, on which the bill discs can be mounted, can generally be designed in different ways, for instance as a whole material pin, which at its stored end is rotatably linked to the billboard holder by means of said rotary bearing.
Advantageously, however, the shaft end can be constituted by a bearing vessel, which receives the pivot bearing device in its hollow interior and is embossed or sleeve-shaped rotatably on a shaft pin. Said pivot bearing device can hereby be arranged between said shaft journal and said bearing vessel, wherein the bearing device can in principle be designed differently, for instance in the form of a plain bearing which for instance comprises a plain bearing sleeve of material intended therefor. Advantageously, however, the pivot bearing device can be designed as a roller bearing, in order to have low torsional forces even at low speeds and at standstill, respectively.
When designing the pivot bearing device as a roller bearing, the roller bearing tracks or the roller bearing rings can be formed directly by the aforementioned stationary shaft journal and / or by said bearing vessels. Preferred, however, is a design which is expressed in that the outer bearing ring of the roller bearing is a component separate from the bearing vessel, on which said bearing vessel can be suspended.
With this, said bearing vessel can be replaced if necessary, whereby during the manufacture of the bearing vessel damages of the roller bearing can not arise due to, for example, heat exposure or the like.
Alternatively or in addition, the inner bearing ring of the roller bearing of the fixed shaft journal attached to the car disc holder can also be designed separately.
Advantageously, the inner bearing ring of the roller bearing can be fastened by means of a central screw bolt on said shaft pin.
According to a further development of the invention, the central clamping element can be vessel-shaped and form a bearing protection, which protects the pivot bearing device on the front side, when the clamping element is tightened and fastened, respectively. In particular, the central clamping element can cover the pivot bearing device on the front side and together with the aforementioned rotatable shaft end, to which the clamping element is connected, cantically enclose the pivot bearing device. 536 636 In order to avoid soiling of the pivot bearing device and at the same time also prevent an accidental loosening of the car discs and clamping element, a sealing element can be arranged between the shaft end and said bearing cover, preferably in the form of an elastic ring seal, which when fixing the clamping element settles sealingly at the clamping element and said shaft end. In particular, an O-ring can be arranged in an annular gap, which is limited partly by the bill plate, partly by the shaft end and partly by the clamping element. Correspondingly, said sealing element can reach engagement with all three building blocks, i.e. the billboard, the shaft end and the clamping element, whereby an unintentional loosening of the components is reduced and all three components are fixed and in the same way the desired sealing effect is achieved.
Advantageously, said rotatable shaft end and its pivot bearing device form a building group pre-mountable on the billboard holder, with which the billboard is releasably connectable only by means of the central clamping element.
This modular construction of the billboard bearing enables easy assembly and disassembly of the billboards. Only the central clamping element needs to be loosened in order to be able to remove the bill discs. Hereby the rotatable shaft pin and its pivot bearing device remain on the bill plate holder, without the pivot bearing device being loosened or the said shaft end being displaced. Advantageously, the shaft end and the pivot bearing device are fixed and mounted on the pulley holder, respectively, independently of the central clamping element. Conversely, only a new billboard needs to be slid onto the shaft end and tightened using the central clamping element.
The invention is explained in more detail below with the aid of a preferred embodiment and associated drawings. In the drawings: Fig. 1 shows a schematic side view of a soil cultivating device in the form of a seed drill according to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, which seed drill comprises a row of rotatably mounted seed beetle discs, Fig. 2 is a perspective view of a pair of beetle discs of the seed drill in Fig. 1, Fig. 3, a side view of the billet pair in Fig. 2, Fig. 4, a plan view of the billet pair in the preceding figures, showing the V-shaped location, and Fig. 5 a sectional view of the rotatable bearing of a bill plate on a shaft end of a bill plate holder.
Fig. 1 shows a soil cultivating machine in the form of a seed drill 1, which according to the embodiment shown can be mounted on a tractor 2. The seed drill 1 may in a known manner comprise a storage container 3 for the goods to be spread, which goods may be seed or fertilizer. Out of said storage container 3, seed is distributed in a known manner and is passed through seed channels in the form of hoses 4 to spreading elements 5, in order to be laid down in the ground in the desired manner.
Said spreading element 5 has billet discs 6, which are rotatably mounted on billet disc holder 7 and are arranged in at least one row next to each other across the direction of travel.
As Fig. 1 shows, the seed drill 1 can in a known manner also comprise further tillage devices such as, for example, a packing roller, a pre-processing unit such as, for example, a cultivator or a harrow, and a post-processing unit, for example in the form of an applicator or other equipment.
As Figs. 2-5 show, the bill discs 6 can be fastened in pairs on a bill plate holder 7, the two billboards 6 fastened to a pair being able to be arranged inclined and V-shaped relative to each other, so that the circumferential portions of the billboards facing the ground Fig. 6 runs very close to each other, while portions located higher up are further apart, cf. Fig. 4.
The bill disc holder 7 can hereby comprise a support arm 8, which extends outwards obliquely downwards towards the ground from a support frame, and carries the respective bill disc 6 at its respective projecting ends.
Between the bill discs 6, wound tubes or other suitable spreading means can be arranged. Furthermore, a scraper 9 can be arranged between the paired billboards 6, which scrape along the outer edge area of the billboards 6 on the inside and / or on the outside of the billboards 6, in order to iron away soil or the like adhered to the billboards.
As Figs. 4 and 5 show, the bill discs 6 are generally flat and in particular also in their central fastening area 10 are flat. The body of the car discs 6 can mainly consist of a flat flat disc. On the outer circumferential edge the billboards can be sharpened, cf. Fig. 4. In the area of the central mounting portion 10, the billboard 6 comprises a central recess, in particular a continuous recess 11, with which the billboards 6 can be threaded on a shaft end 12. at the car disc holder 7.
As Fig. 5 shows, said shaft end 12 is formed by a sleeve-shaped bearing vessel 13, which is rotatably mounted on a fixed shaft pin 13, which is fixedly connected to said support arm 8 and projects beyond its free end. Advantageously, a pivot bearing device 14 is provided comprising a roller bearing 15 between said rotatable shaft end and said fixed shaft pin 13, so that the shaft end 12 can rotate without significant rotational resistance.
As Fig. 5 shows, the pivot bearing device 14 forms an independent construction group, which is attached to said shaft pin 13 by means of a central mounting bolt 16. Said mounting bolt 16 may extend through the inner ring 17 of the pivot bearing device 14 and be attached to the shaft pin 13. For example, said fastening bolt 16 be a screw bolt, with which the pivot bearing device 14 is screwable against the shaft pin 13.
The roller bearing 15 of the pivot bearing device 14 is advantageously designed in a suitable manner, in order not only to be able to absorb radial forces, but also to be able to absorb axial forces and also to be able to absorb tipping moments. For example, the roller bearing 15 can be a two-row ball bearing with inclined paths, whereby, however, other roller bearing designs, such as for example conical roller bearings or the like, can also be provided.
On the outer ring 18 of the pivot bearing device 14 sits the aforementioned shaft end 12 formed as a bearing vessel, the inner circumferential surface of which sits exactly fitting on said outer ring 18.
The outer circumferential surface 19 of the shaft end 12 may in a further development of the invention be conically constructed, in particular in such a way that the diameter of the shaft end 12 tapers easily towards its free end. In principle, a cylindrical contouring of the outer circumferential surface 19 of the shaft end 12 would also be possible.
On its inner side and at its end, respectively, which has a larger diameter, said shaft end 12 has a shoulder 20 on the side with its outer circumferential surface, against which shoulder 20 the car disc 6 can be clamped. Said shoulder 20 has a diameter which is larger than the inner diameter of the through-going recess 11 in the billet 6. On the other hand, the outer circumferential surface 19 is in terms of shape and cross-section adapted to said through-going recess 11, whereby by the recessed recess 11 and the outer mantle surface in cross section may in particular be circular. In the conical design of said outer shell surface 19, the shaft end 12 may have a diameter which towards the free end of the shaft end 12 is smaller than the inner diameter of the through recess 11. Towards the area of the shoulder 20 the outer shell surface of the shaft end 12 advantageously has a diameter which is the same or slightly larger than the inner diameter of the through recess 11 of the billet disc 6. The outer surface of the shaft end 12 together with the through recess 11 of the mounting portion 10 forms a radial bearing fit especially in the form of a press fit which fixes and positions the billet plate 6 radially exactly on the shaft end 12.
In order to be able to clamp the car disc 6 axially against said shoulder, a central clamping element 21 in the form of a clamping nut 22 is arranged, which can be screwed onto the shaft end 12. The shaft end 12 hereby has a corresponding thread on its outer surface, on which the clamping nut 22 can be screwed , so that the billet is clampable in a gap between the shutter 20 and the clamping nut 22.
As Fig. 5 shows, said clamping element 21 is hereby vessel-shaped and forms a bearing protection, which protects the pivot bearing device 14 on the front side.
In order to prevent soiling of the bearing, to seal the inner space and at the same time also to prevent the bill discs and clamping element 21 from coming loose, an elastic sealing element 23 is arranged between the clamping element 21 and the shaft end 12 and the billboard 6, respectively, which sealing element 23 can be advantageously formed in in the form of an elastic sealing ring, which is accommodated in an annular sealing gap, which is advantageously limited partly by the clamping element 21, partly by the billet 6, partly by the shaft end 12, so that said sealing element 23 can advantageously rest on both the clamping element 21 and the shaft end 12 and the billboard 6. In this way not only the desired sealing effect is achieved but also a fixing of the mentioned three components, so that an involuntary loosening is prevented.
Only the clamping element 21 needs to be loosened to mount or replace the billboard. As a result, the bill disc 6 can be pulled off from the shaft end and a new bill disc 6 can be pushed onto the shaft end. When the billboard is engaged, 536 636 only the clamping element 21 needs to be fastened again. For a car disc replacement, the pivot bearing device 14 does not need to be disassembled. In particular, the screw bolt 16 securing the roller bearing 15 must not be loosened.
In order to prevent an involuntary loosening of the clamping nut 22, the thread can be selected depending on the direction of rotation of the billet either as a left-hand thread or a right-hand thread, so that neither possible, in a circumferential direction, acceleration forces from the billet can cause any involuntary screwing of the clamping nut 22. 10
